Arsenal have 5 first team regulars playing i think and only three out and out reserves in holding, maitland-niles and reine-adelaide, so its an under-strength side but not really a 2nd XI

They have strong squad depth that allow them to put out weakened teams, which are still probably strong enough to beat most premier teams.

Sutton beat Leeds and there are two non-league teams in the 5th round for the first time ever.
