Bayern have signed James Rodriguez on loan for 2 years, with an option buy for 30 million euros...unbelieably cheap, when you consider Swansea turned down 40 million pound for Sigurdsoon!

Swansea have supposedly turned down a bid of £40M from Everton for SIgurdsson

He was going to Everton a year ago for 25 million, but signed a four year deal with Swansea.
His value has to have risen since then, top top player imo at the peak of his playing powers.

Based on prices players are going for, Swansea are entirely right to be rejecting £40m. I imagine that Everton and Leicester will both increase their bids.

usually players on loan cant play against their permanent club, will feel a bit strange if West Ham have to play their second choice keeper in games against Man City

the way things are going Newcastle have made their one signing for the season. Imagine having money to spend on players and wages and only one bloke is desperate enough to fancy a move to tyneside.
