You hope so.

Has english football introduced retrospective bans for diving?

I see the panel cleared him, first case under the new rules.

I'd scrap it now, pointless!

He did dive, but seemed to get a slight touch as well. Difficult one.

probably unsurprising that the first ban for diving came from the lower leagues with Miller at Carlisle.... who are appealing. Get everyone used to it a bit first, before unleashing the wrath of PL clubs/supporters, and perhaps getting the review and appeal processes ironed out at a level where clubs are unlikely to be afford a 12 man panel of top barristers to try and undermine/overturn the new system in the courts... or try to kill it stone dead early like when they tried to introduce a 10 yard rule

2 up, and sounds like 30 million does not buy much of a defender these days.

Stays like this and City are 5 points clear

Man City only scored one so far today.

Must be holding back for a late burst towards the end of the match.

Only 10 games gone, but City do look destined to win the title, and bag well over 100 goals.

Lindelof has been a disaster so far - £31m for a back-up defender that we dare not have on the pitch! unbelievable really

5 points off the lead now and our form is not looking great. Need to get Jones and Bailly fit again quickly - or at least one of them

Many Everton fans were expecting a push towards the top 4 this year. hoping to improve on the well deserved 7th last year.

Sadly they have gone the other way. They always seems to have the odd season where they end up battling relegation.

Michael Keane looks like a terrible signing, and they have no pace upfront at all
