Got to be close to an England call up soon..... Certainly was better than Jones and Smalling.

Surprised a Forest fan is saying that, arent you lot still apparently incredibly annoyed that Newcastle got sold him for virtually nothing.

I always like to see former academy players do well. Lascelles and Darlow were sold to keep the club going.

Newcastle could have paid 100million for him, Forest would have seen none of that. Over the last 5 years forest has sold 50million worth of players. Only spent 24 million. Crowds of 20,000 plus. Where did the money go......Wages by all account............

The Forest academy is the only positive thing about the club over the last 5 years.

Watching United tonight get lucky to draw with Spain 6th place team, I wondered how many of this United team would get into City's starting line up, and Id have to say De Gea is the only one. Even City's second XI would probably be better than United.

How have they spent so much, and look so terrible

Got fortunate today, Newcastle probably should have been 3-0 up before we eventually scored, Shelvey missed a sitter.

Then after we got back to 2-2 we could easily have won the game, but you take a point every time with the way that game panned out, especially against one of your rivals.

Perez too, I believe

the good news is that injured striker on loan, who Newcastle hope will resolve their profligacy in front of goal, is out for a further 2 weeks. Doubtless he'll be available in time to go straight back to Leicester once Newcastle have been relegated.... with Leicester's thanks for paying his wages while he recovers

Got to be the end of Arsene now. Long way from the top 4. 2 goals behind against Brighton.

If Brighton win this, they will be 10th.

Heady heights. That man Houghton has done a great job.

A win here for Chelsea would really help their top 4 aspirations.

But it seems that they are more than happy with a point at present. First half, no shots at goal according to BBC stats.

Are they really the premier league champions?
