Heard all the furore, just watched it, nowhere near what I was expecting to see.

Noone anywhere near him, all the time in the world, 12 yards out, Buffon rooted.

Decent hit, but there have been better.

Even Rooney's shinner was better!

I think with all overheard kicks there is an element of luck. The ball is behind you, shove your leg in the air and if it connects, it connects.

Klopp moaning that City have been using Everton's pitch to train on before this game, while United and City both told them they couldnt train on their pitches in Manchester for the return leg. Did Liverpool really expect Manchesters clubs to put out the red carpet for them?

Getting his excuses in early.

With the two forward lines on show tonight and the comparitively weaker defences, this game has got nil nil written all over it!
