first 20 mins we still had some dodgy moments at the back, though, which is a little concerning, but I'm being overly critical, because this has been terrific from England. Very professional, particularly given the temperature they are playing in, because it means the game is wrapped up and no-one needs to toil in the heat ahead of the Belgium game.

Tempting as it must be to wrap Kane up in cotton wool.... good luck getting him to come off with more golden boot goals to be had
