Sturridge is like a totally new signing for Liverpool.

Well it feels like the premiership will be a tougher contest this season. The top 3 so far seem way ahead of the rest.

This was a great game. Fear for Chelsea though if Hazard gets injured. Also there is that small problem of Roman looking to sell..... Hes laundered all his money, time to go :rasta

Lucky hit, nine times out of ten would have gone in the crowd. Didn't like his arrogant well what do you expect I'm a genius reaction. You ain't Ronaldo matey.

He'll only ever be a sub in the premier league, won't get a chance with Mane, Salah and Firmino fit.

He doesn't fit into Liverpool's current way of playing for me, too selfish, lazy and a sulker.

C'mon Budget, it wasn't as if Sturridge just smacked it and it flew in the top corner. Instead he looked and bent it in the top corner. Top top goal imo.

Also what an impact sub to have when your first choice attackers can not score. Great option to offer something different for the last 20 minutes. It made a difference yesterday to LIverpool getting a point. There was also that great goal during the week against Chelsea. He is scoring goals again.

It shows the depth that Liverpool have at present, and that they are contenders for the title.

Bloody hell Newcastle, you chucked three points away there, gilt edge chances to score four or five.

Funny thing is, all the plastic Man U fans will decide Mourinho is great again!

I saw the 2-0 scoreline after 10 mins and figured that they'd probably lose 3-2

never in doubt.

Had a couple of great chances to go 3 or 4 up by half time.

Your keeper played well but he was slightly at fault for the first and second United goal.

Then you had a great chance at 2-2 to take the lead again.

Blew it big time. Great time to play them as well.

Forgot to mention the worst piece of refereeing in the premier league this season from Anthony Taylor who awards a goal kick to Man U after Ashley Young blatantly handballs a free kick in the area. Definite penalty.

Yep this was shocking decision, and could have meant a 3-0 to Newcastle.
