I watched the Inter v Atletico game, and I hope Marcus Thuram will be punished for his inexplicable sexual assault of Savic near the end of the game. Decided in his infinite wisdom to grab his manhood and give it a squeeze...... even more inexplicably, VAR decided it wasnt a red card. Whoever decided someone sexually molesting a player during a game wasn't worthy of punishment should never work in football again

West Ham might very well have done the other PL clubs a big favour. The 2 extra CL places next season will go to two of PL, Serie A and Bundesliga. Serie A appear to be favourites for one of those extra places and WH beating Freiburg has shifted the final extra place further away from the Bundesliga and closer towards the PL, although it isn't all decided yet.

Only UEFA could design this point scoring system where winning the Conference league gets as many points as winning the CLs league...

England have the highest co-efficent for 4 of the last 5 years, Italy have been 2nd one of the years and no better than 4th any other year..... let, for some unknown reason, they are ranked a stronger league because they have one more team in the Europa League than England?
