stupid question and I probably should know the answer to this but is DRS in use for the world cup ?

that might help explain buttler being made VC if it is given you wont often have slips so he will be best person to judge on reviews for lbws etc etc

Yes. Including fast snicko.

Presumably Buttler could say the same things as a keeper as he could as vc. The main difference with making him vc is he'll be skipper if Morgan gets injured/dropped.

Which is surprising. Wonder if it'll go to his head, like the Big Cheese.
