Yep I was just reading a little about him and He was having stress fractures in his back almost from the beginning of his career. Incredible how he was able to keep going.

only reason broad isn't under pressure tbh is the only alternatives are Jordan who is worse or tredwell and they have made it fairly obvious that we don't want to play a specialist spinner but rely on moeen and root for spin

yeah he bowled very well , only really 2 aggressive shots played against him and both of those were mis-hit in the air and landed safe

he hit the gloves a lot but nothing to a fielder
