Bethell totally outclassed for 14 balls... gone cheaply. Got nowhere near it, plumb as you like.

Smith now gone, goes for a big booming drive but the ball is on the up and never really there to be hit. Gone, and we now into the lower order/tail with Overton coming in.

England effectively 215-7... how much is the extra bowler worth? I reckon India are still in the test at 70-80 behind, and ahead anything 25-50 ahead with no Woakes

From what I’ve read, England seem to have allowed India to suck them into throwing it away.

Harry Brook is suicide mode here...

Harry Brook doing what Tongue did with the ball so far. Played some horrendous strokes, at one point he managed to sky one into the gap between mid on and extra cover, the ball bouncing directly in the middle - not sure he could manage that if he tried every ball for the rest of his career. Looks in really bad touch towards the end of this series. Atkinson has a test 100, so can bat.... but atm I think India are in front unless England can conjure up 80 runs from somewhere.
