I went to bed at half time, thinking the Kiwis had done well to restrict a powerful England batting lineup.
I did not realise just how well they had done.
Not just on the strength of this result (though it doesn't hurt), I am tipping the Kiwis to be in their usual semi-final spot, but will lose that to India.
England will beat Aus in the other semi, before going on to lose to India.

Shame no West Indies.
Easy win for Pakistan despite Babar Azam's low score.
Bas de Leede scores a run a ball 67 and takes a 4-fer for NL. Born in NL too, as was his father, Tim de Leede.

Six ball duck from Mitch3 doesn't look good.
Slow start for the Aussies having won the toss.

Aussies in a bit of trouble here. Three quick wickets. India should keep them to under 250, at worse.
Jadeja the destroyer.

India picked the wrong batters. Neither of my FL boys are in the side today, a decision I found incomprehensible because I thought they were bankers to start
schoolboy error from the selectors and captain
