thought he was going to survive on an umpires call there, didn't think that had held its line enough to do more than just clip the edge

No rescue from Moeen today...looking at a big lead for SA here.

Can't honestly see any way back into this match for England now. Broad gone lbw first ball so getting worse...

Extraordinary day with twelve wickets gone already and who knows what the last ninety minutes will bring ?

Can the crowd hear the third umpire now?

From the TV it sounds like the sound is enhanced so that they can.

Ha ...I thought the same : seems I can't judge an lbw for toffee today :)

SA having much better results with drs than Root did yesterday.

hard to see any way back into this game now

would need a choke of massive proportions with the bat by SA in their second innings to let us back into it

Our only hope is to have SA at least 6 down by the close.

The way wickets have fallen today it could happen.

i know hindsight is a wonderful thing but surely when they got here yesterday, saw the pitch and saw the weather forecast for the weekend, they must have realised they didn't need 6 bowlers but without having the option of a specialist bat even in the squad, they couldn't change the team even if they wanted to

Best Test figures for a touring spinner at TB since Murali's 8-fer I reckon.
