Curran isn't test quality but neither are 4 of the batsmen

Still got Rahane as well.
massive session next up.
gonna decide the game and probably dictate how the series goes.
England could in theory kill india in the next session if they can dismiss Kohli, Rahane and the rest cheaply.
Hard to see how India could come back from that kind of session in this test match and it would be a massive mental baggage in the next few test matches.

Hopefully india does well in the session, not sure I will be able to take it if india are all out sub 150 here.
will be very painful, especially having the idiots in the boxes and journalist talking so much crap.

Well, India are the better side, so I wouldn't write them off completely.

issues is not much batting left.
this is the crucial partnership now.
only Karthik, Pandya and Ashwin can bat.
you don't want pandya and Ashwin batting at 100/5.

the only benefit is I can't see Kohli and his team giving up so they will fight every breath to make sure india are still in the game, couldn't really say the same with Dhoni in charge.

What a spell from curran though changed the complexion of the game in 20 minutes.

What a difference an hour makes...

Well bowled Sam Curran ...and backfoot :)

Looks as if we might be in for a very interesting match. Anderson might need a bit of a rest now so England need Broad - and possibly Stokes - to step up and pressure Kohli on resumption.

this doco bringing memories of my india trip.
Mumbai is the real home of cricket, they did this doco because of Atherton Article last time he was in mumbai.
when you are around Marine drive you just see cricket full stop, you can literally track every Mumbai cricketer ever in that small section, from playing club and school cricket in the maidens and then having 2 Cricket grounds in the area.

sadly couldn't do the walk that Atherton and Hussain did where they travelled across the maidens and the Stadiums.

Eden park quite similar to mumbai but doesn't get the same amount of cricketers playing in the park.
was quite lucky to have the hotels nears the maidens and Stadium in Kolkata and Mumbai.

Kohli edged 3 times off Jimmy but none carried

Weakness is very much still there but the pitch is so slow he's getting away with it
