Jennings won't be dropped as Ed Smith has convinced himself that he is allowed to fail in this series as all test match openers have failed in England this summer.

He likes the guy for some reason, and the way he conducts himself around the team is something else he pointed out.

So Jennings picked for Sri Lanka because he's gets on with the rest of the players.

Is the Eng batting in this test the luckiest of all-time?!?

I can't recall having ever seen so many play and misses without an edge ... Cook and Moeen must have at least 100 in the game now
