Nearly 250 ahead, which feels a psychological landmark.

Wonder if Aussies will go for them today in case it rains all day Tuesday. Expect England would.

Lyon gets Robbo... lead is 263.....

Pitch has still be quite slow/true, so England really wanted 300... but anything can happen

Jimmy comes out and clatters Lyon to the boundary.....

Does that again, and he will need to be given a specific nickname

I think of Anderson as a blocker.

Not long ago 270 used to be a huge fourth innings chase. Now it feels like Australia are big favourites.

Aussies won't get these tonight, even with the extra half hour. So maybe a tough time for them under cloud tomorrow.

280 it is...

Have that Australia 65-35...

Ignoring the weather, which will probably win

England hanging on. Looks like there might be nerves overnight for either side.

Unless it rains.

Apparently there is some forecast but not expected to be enough to pose a problem - although if there's cloud cover it should favour England.
I think I agree with Ponting - England favourites but not by much. Plenty of batting to.come - and batters in form, not a huge amount of runs to get, but he said it's always tough in the 4th innings.
Was amusing at the start of the innings when Broad managed to get the ball changed before the first delivery!

Heavy rain overnight and showers during the day. So maybe on and off. Seems to clear up for a bit around tea time.

Of course, it might not actually rain at all.
