320 looking on

And buttler may have to bowl livingstone or root at some point

Archer going round the park as I type

From 37-3 this hasn't been good from buttler and England

No intensity, no aggression, just let the game drift and let Afghanistan back into the game

Same old story for the entirety of buttlers captaincy

6 overs left 320 on

England pace attack getting shredded.

Maybe need to see the spinners as more of an asset.

Zadran now splatting Archer all across Lahore.... 252 up in the 44th over, so 300 might be in play unless England can get a wicket or two.

England have bowled appallingly since the 10th over. How the hell can you go from 37/3 after 10, and then Afghanistan being 230/2 for the next 35...

50 partnership in 26 balls!!!!!

Total lack of a plan too. If you pick 3 paceman who bowl 90mph plus, why have you got them bowling so many lower paced cutters at lengths the batsman can get under and attack?

Not rocket science is it!! Bowl quick, full, at the stumps. But no, instead we are getting short of a length floaters at half pace.

Well played Zadran....150 up for him. Considering the carnage he entered into, its a blinding innings from him. Solidified the innings, then got in and accelerated. England have had no answer to it.

With wood off injured you have to strongly question buttler not bowling root and livingstone more in the middle overs

The ground fielding has been shocking as well

So many balls been dived over

No blame placed on root, he should not be bowling right now

Unless the ropes are right in, this now feels like a few too many for England to chase.

Another archer slower balls in the slot gets carted

Yorkers? Bouncers? Slower balls back of a length?

No we will just put it in the slot

The last one from Duckett was clown cricket.

Not only the ground fielding though, the skied ball that Archer for some reason retreated backwards to rather than simply catch it. Think it might have been Zadran too. Should have been easily caught, and instead he's rampaged another 100 run.

If it was a different team I'd fancy them to chase it as this is a very flat pitch

But Afghanistan have 3 proper spinners including rashid khan

It is also very obvious their heads have gone

Another pointless throw gifts an extra run again

I should probably turn this off before I put my remote through the tv
