Series continues to be quite fascinating. Some odd selection choices and arguable choices by skippers at toss...but the cricket has been very well contested.

England will be happy to have bowled India out for just 191 on what became a pretty decent batting pitch as the sun came out , despite that lively Thakur onslaught late on. Great return to test action for Chris Woakes

Batting frailties resurfaced though. Openers both gone very early in a disappointing reversal of their Headingley form. The search for a new Cook and Strauss apparently goes on ...

Burns owes England a big second innings score after dropping Rohit twice. Going to need it too as they will be chasing plenty it seems.

The two wickets give England a flicker of a chance if they can roll up India in the morning as well as they did on the last day in Leeds. Once again they will be starting with a fairly new ball... but this time they aren't (a) holding a big lead (b) don't have particularly fresh bowlers. And India will be fairly confident of pushing this lead up towards 300 and beyond.

Would take some doing even on this flat pitch.

England weren't rubbish really : Rohit , Rahul and Pujara all batted really well. But Overton looked a very ordinary fourth seamer as the pitch flattened out ; and Moeen showed that he isn't really a viable spin option on a pitch that gives him nothing. Neither look like sensible options for a tour of Australia.

Expecting an Indian win. Will be interesting to see whether England can make a fool of me again in this up-and-down series - or at least make it a contest to the end...
