Tickets sales are actually poor for all 7 test even London are struggling to sell tickets. Doesn't help tickets are 70 quid plus which is riduculous, wanted to take my dad to the cricket since he starting to get jealous at me for going 3 years in a row. But the fact is we are never gonna pay 140 pounds to watch the cricket.

Second time Headingley is hosting a Sri Lanka test in two years, that said ticket sales for the 1st test are almost on a par with the 2012 South Africa test. I would not be surprised if some supporters are holed up in the bars.

Attracting walk up support is going to be tricky with Thursday being a work day along with Hull City, Sheffield Wednesday and possibly Barnsley Football Club going to Wembley next weekend in playoff action, a day out in London does not come cheap.
