SA have still not replaced Smith and Kallis really and then to be without du Plessis and de Villiers just exposes that even more

dont think SA have the sort of quality at 5/6/7 we do to be able to recover from that

Not like in the days of McMllan and Klusener and Richardson, Boje and Pollock!

QDK isn't bad. Averages 59 at seven.

de Kock is dangerous and has good stats to back him up in tests, was meaning as a unit tho

Thirty overs to bowl in 90m. A lot bowled by the spinners too.

Excellent spell from Broad ...having a terrific day. Runs and wickets ; and giving nothing away.

Moeen too. Made a fine combination :salute

SA have de Kock to come , of course ; and Philander can handle a bat. But England will fancy a significant lead from here. I know Lord's tends to die ; but with so many balls keeping low already you'd think batting last will be no picnic.

groundsman had said before the game its one of the driest Lord's test pitches for a long time and he epxected it to turn late in the match

really wishing we had Rashid in this team now
