Should have a clear idea tomorrow since India play bangladesh, india can pretty much make qualification easier tomorrow if they thrash Bangladesh.

I would suggest if Pak beat Aus and Ind only win one more match, then Ind are very unlikely to qualify.

I would suggest if Pak beat Aus and Ind only win one more match, then Ind are very unlikely to qualify.

TBH the gap isn't that huge in terms of NRR india only need to win by 20 runs or by 12 balls to spare to get close to pak NRR.
Tomorrow will give a clear idea on how the NRR works.

Perfect result for india tomorrow would be to win by 35 runs, wins by 3-4 overs to spare and then watch Pakistan vs Australia.
If pakistan win they probably already qualified before the Australia game.

But for the 3 team 4 point equation to come into play, then NRR changes after tomorrow must follow this logic:

Aus?

Will Ind be going for a conclusive win to hedge against such circumstances...

Ban also in with a decent shout if they win tomorrow, as NZ will not have much to play for in their match at the weekend.
