Crawley goes. England really need something from their skipper.

Dhruv Jurel scored in one innings what Srikhar Bharat would have scored totally had he played all 5 tests.

Kukdeep was brilliant having played 21.5overs.

England still favorites though imo.

There goes Johnny Blameless. Just Foakes and the tail now. Maybe 220 to defend in the last innings will be interesting, but probably not enough

Are India bowling well, or England falling apart again?

The pitch is doing a lot. Some huge turn and a lot of balls keeping low, although some bad shots too....

180 might be a strong total

I think you're being overly optimistic. Jaiswal might score most of the 180 on his own

I think the match is slipping away, although slipping might be the wrong word... galloping away perhaps

comments from the morning session suggested the pitch might have been dying..... clearly not

Robbo for a duck ..133/8...

Lost 5 wickets for about 15 runs I think

1 to go, target 190 so far....6 overs left, England might not be too gutted for the last partnership to drop now and have 2-3 overs at India tonight

And there it is... 191 is the target.

England 145 all out

Crawley 60
Bairstow 30

Ashwin 5-51
Kuldeep 4-22

Target 192

This won't be easy for India. The pitch is turning much more now. And the ball occasionally keeps low.

Slight advantage England IMHO.

I can work out if the pitch is that bad, or England made it look bad. On reflection, maybe Stokes was the only ball that really kept very low, and while he can claim to be unlucky, he was out lbw for 0 but the umpire made a terrible decision and India had no reviews left, so he can't complain in reality.

The ball appeared to misbehave more when England were in trouble, but that could just be a perception. When England put together some dots and time,.the pitch looks momentarily flatter.

There is turn, there is uneven bounce, nevertheless.... But 145 all out turn and bad bounce? 190 all out bad bounce?

I think India win by 5 wickets

India added 130 runs for the last 3 wickets last night and this morning, so I definitely don't fancy England defending 192 unless they get Jaiswal for hardly any runs

What was with Robinson in India's first innings? I've heard his pace was only around mid 70's. He hasn't played for ages, of course, but England are now going into the final innings with 2 spinners compared to India's 3..... although I did hear jokes that Robbo's bowling was so slow he was nearly getting drift and turn. In his defence his first innings 58 looks invaluable atm

Could be playing on anything, but if Hartley continues serving up filth like that over, it won't matter.
