England piling on the runs, though I'm guessing that the bowling wasn't all that.

warmups are relatively meaningless imo , especially the first of them, but Jordan's figures don't look great

Scoring a few will always give a bit of confidence. Morgan's innings, on paper at least, looks a little weak, compared to the rest of the innings.

For the world cup? Maybe for now. The second openers position is the only one in the top seven, that they may not be sure about.

Facile victory against a weak side (only two Shield players, and not very good ones at that) has taught us nothing. PM's XI game tomorrow ought to be a bit better workout (if rain doesn't spoil it - showers forecast).
