I know it is illegial for football, but think it might be added for other sports, I know ECB runs an anti tout policy.

Also seem it is legal outside football, surprise it is still legal, thought it was illegal to stand outside the stadium selling tickets but was legal to sell it online.
they really need to fix it considering with the new technology it is so easy for thousands and thousands of tickets not going to the consumer.

good article on it.

I know the ECB were wanting it adding to football. Which is reasonable.

Got a feeling it's illegal for touts to approach people.

TBH cricket generally ok with touts, not really a popular event.
but global events get crazy, world cups, olympics wimbledon etc and music concerts that when it starts getting unfair if touts got so many tickets.
for cricket generally you can still buy official tickets on the day of the game excluding Ashes of course but even then Ashes tickets won't sell out so quickly that people miss out getting tickets.

More of an issue 2000-2007 when English grounds were regular sell outs at many venues.

yeah you really shouldn't need to buy any tickets from a tout unless it is for a cheaper price.
the touts are not even interested in England champions trophy games either.
last year got lords, Edgebaston games last minute for the pakistan game although the tickets were pricey which might be the reason for the reduce demand for the games.
paid around £150 for two tickets.
ICC Tickets are way cheap compared to what ECB markets them for.

With the UK under a downpour it's surprising BD and NZ are on the field in ireland. NZ recall Hamish Bennett.

Easy win for the Kiwis in the end. Good figures for the recently injured Mustafizur though.

Blimey, Ireland taking a hell of a pasting from BD. About ten years ago the status of these sides must have been quite close. Not so much now.

4-fer for Mustafizur.

Ireland have fallen a long way.

Seems like the chance to build something in Ireland might have been missed. Maybe like Kenya all those years ago? Where is Kenya now?

Wandered down to see Scotland play Sri Lanka.

Ended up having a brief chat with Upal Tharanga.

Was that in London? An unofficial game I think.

NZ v BD today a potentially interesting game. Kiwis in great form and off to a flier.
