Ballance gone. Two more wickets before stumps would be gold.

Sadly didn't get bat to that one.

Nothing to worry about yet, we've been not alot for 2 or 3 in most of our recent innings. Lyth and Ballance are a concern though.

Edit......and Bell.

Bell is a sucker to those yorker type deliveries early in his innings. He really has to learn to deal with them or we'll have him back at Warks very soon.

This positive cricket from England is positively terrible.

The worrying thing is I just don't think England are capable of batting for extended periods and producing the sort of massive scores the Australians did. The batting just looks so damned fragile, it's basically been the Joe Root show for some time, and now he's failed England might well get rolled for 70-80 here. They just look so hopelessly at sea.
Anything can happen with a round ball.

Coz we're going up, and we'll win the cup, for Sussex by the Sea!

So much for getting a wicket to blunt the Oz attack, what's happened to the pitch we had when England were bowling, hasit been rolled away and replaced during the innings break.

Disappointing shot from Root. Thrilling stuff from the Aussies.

We're screwed now.

Only consolation is I would have taken even steven after two tests, trouble is Oz in the ascendancy is a big problem!

Thrilling for the Aussies not for us. I never appreciate good cricket by the opposition, it's all negative from England as far as I'm concerned!
