Seem certain Stokes and Anderson will be back so one of Ballance / Vince drops out and one of Finn / Ball.

Other than that, there has to be a question over Ali's place, unlikely anything will come of it though.

Good win for Pakistan, but can't help but feel that England's muddled thinking at the start of the innings threw away a game we should have won.
