I cna only assume Ben Stokes had a dodgy curry last night, and needed to get back the pavillon quickly.

Stokes another batsman who will say "well that's the way I play" al a KP. Worst of all people accept it even though he's a talented batsman who wastes so many innings with wild shots.

I think a low total from England will be good for the test, especially with a fair amount of rain to come. No surprise with Cook's dismissal as with Essex he's given chances early in his inninggs even his centuries have started with the opposition dropping him.

How much rain is expected? Could it really shorten the test enough to make it a draw?

Rain is expected after tea, a couple of brief showers on Friday morning but otherwise fine.

Details yet to be firmed up for the weekend - Saturday looks dicey, Sunday appears to be okay as does Monday.
