Indeed. He has largely failed in ODI's so far in his career.

Probably the perfect modern day 7 in an ODI.... not sure he can sustain playing at 5

wonder where the yorkshire fans are that refused to even debate on Bresnan position in the team or the lovely warwickshire fans that refused to debate about bell and to a lesser extent trott.

Third innings in a row that Stokes has scored his best ODI score. Reassuring he has scored this in Asia given he doesn't have much of a reputation against spin.

Since the last WC, Stokes averages 41 with a SR of 106. Though to give that some context, only Bairstow in the top six (all players apart from Billings and Vince) has a worse average, though only Buttler has a (much) better SR. And only Stokes and Bairstow don't have hundreds.

In ODI's I think hes always going to hit the ball hard, and that works either way. When yuo are on form, you make scores, when you arent... well at least he never hangs around making nothing.

Just hope if he gets to three figures he doesn't lose it and start swinging the bat.
