Congrats to SA on their series win...

6/8 Test wins for them. One draw, one defeat.

58 wickets in 13 Tests for Rabada is pretty handy. Average 22. This was his second ten-fer after Centurion against England. Great effort by him.

So, one of Oliver or Parnell will take Abbott's place....

Wayne Parnell back in squad. He considered Ashish Nehra as idol last decade. Interesting.

He is in brillaint form though in domestic matches.

Since Abbott is no longer a part of this tour, he and Rossouw deserve their own thread here:

Parnell and olivier in for Abbott and maharaj. Four man pace attack. Duminy to bowl spin.

Seems like it's hard work for Hamish. Hundred Tests and a fifty average makes him a Hall of Famer. At nearly 34, unless he's burned out (and SA players have less reason to be than most) he should have a few years left. He's not one of those with a homemade technique who conventionally are said to be at risk of losing their way early.

That's why Bradman is still scoring so heavily.

;)

Well done on the half ton though.

100 up for duminy

his jacket was probably on a bit of a slack nail after only making one 100 in the last 2 and a half years, so an important innings for him
