Not an afterthought, because he's a very good bowler, but an impact bowler, not a workhorse, otherwise he'll break down. If he's having to be a workhorse, then the 3 seamers he's there to support are either the wrong 3 seam bowlers, or they're doing a poor job......... or you asked them to bowl their hearts out on the hottest 2 days of the year and expected them to bowl so well that India would collapse in a heap on the first morning under the pressure of all that brilliance
