I don't really get this from Jadeja at the moment. Unless he thinks Bumrah can bat out 150 balls, he has to start to attack. And Bumrah averages 5 in test cricket, so the idea he will last that long is a bit fairytale.

I would guess they have about 7 runs in the last 10 overs. Stokes now has 7 men back and an 8th at a sort of fly mid on, so Jadeja can only ever get a single.

And out of nowher, Bumrah flings the 5th ball of an over with a ugly hack.... considering they wont take the single, I think Jadeja needs a word with him. Not sure what that was.

Just wonder if England might be tempted to dangle a carrot at Jadeja. Rather than the 7.5 on the boundary, give him a couple of shots to take on by removing a couple.

Of course, England will say that 50 overs with 2 balls an over at least at Bumrah should be good enough if they wait it out, and tbf they might be right
