As I said earlier, I think the spin on offer for Moeen early doors indicates a spinner was a must here. Plus Cummins is onto match 4 in a row, so some miles under the clock....

I wonder if Wayne Larkins and Ramprakash ever crossed paths in the early 1990s. Larkins opened, Ramprakash began at 3..... if they did ever manage to be out there in the middle, I think that would take some real beating.
I guess there was always a Nasser, Alec or Athers up in the top 3 to add some form of respectability to one drop... but I do wonder who was batting at the other end with Steve James, Gallian or the like.
I beat Keaton Jennings must have batted with someone else equally as useless at some point... as maybe did Stoneman or Sibley.
