Both are not exactly good option with the ball.

Add Ahmed Shehzad to the list this game could get messy for pakistan bowlers.

The demise is away from home. We haven't won a single ODI in each of our last series in SA, Aus and NZ. How hard is that to understand? Why are you so intent on overplaying India every time?

Pakistan's side looks awfully un-balanced, and their bowling attack wont worry anyone... However Ajmal, Junaid and Hafeez (with the ball) losing them 3 are always going to make you up against it

Yes, massive win. We've not seen West Indies out there yet, but it feels like they and Pakistan are unlikely to do much. In a predictable format, I think we're mainly looking at which of SL or India joins the big three. Unless they play each other.

I said ages ago that NZ would win the WC and I stand by it.

I must check what odds I can get.

Should have put it on NZ when you first predicted their win. Everyone's got them among the favourites now.

Query might be how they'll get on at the MCG in the final having played all their other games at home.

Quite surprising NZ are shorter odds than England, given that the bet is probably being made in the UK. Maybe England fans aren't backing England.

No one wins in Australia. They haven't lost an ODI series at home since 2010. India are in the same leaky boat as everyone else. I've never made them favourites in that kind of contest. I think I mainly said India (ranked two) were more likely to win it than England (ranked five) who were humiliated there last winter. I make SA and NZ more likely to win than India.
