Might there be problems for Bangladesh if they had the temerity to knock their giant neighbours out of the WC? Not the cricket team but the nation who probably depend on India for trade.

I'd reckon Australia Pakistan and NZ/WI could both throw up that scenario. More likely that this game.

Yes, England made the Bangladesh bowlers look like world beaters but they probably couldn't defend an average total against India.

Dhoni wins the toss and India to bat first - commentators think that batting second is probably Bang's only chance to win as they wouldn't have fancied them to defend a total

Kohli stretching for it, and is out. After a reasonably slow start India now have to re-build a little.

Looking as good as can be hoped for for the Bangas. Kholi is a big wicket.

89/2 after 22 - Ind have ground to a halt - averaging about 3 an over since the 10th, and lost Dhawan and Kohli as well - not looking good

Bangladesh keeping it full and straight, with the only short stuff has been quick. 270 is on, if they can keep wickets in hand.

15 tight overs, slip comes out and Rahane gets lucky with an edge for 4 through where first slip should have been - Ind's first boundary for a very long time

Rahane gone now, Ind getting into a very difficult situation here, run rate going nowhere and in danger of losing too many wickets. need a big partnership now from Raina and Rohit

I can't help but feel that there is going to be at least one big partnership to get India to a defendable total - if not even a match-winning. These two, or one of them and Dhoni.

Still, they are running the risk of putting a lot of mental pressure on themselves, and stuffing up accordingly.

It's only 6 an over from here to get 250, with 7 wickets in hand. I think they'd still be disappointed if they didn't get close to 300.

yes, I think they'll be looking for well over 250, but there is moire downside risk now as well. 11 off the 32nd over, hopefully that will get them going
