The Leewards team finished sixth and last in the PCL, and this St Kitts-Nevis team has only about six players who played for the Leewards this season:

So, this is quite a weak team....

I don't know why the WICB didn't at least schedule the A team to play one of the matches.

The papers keep saying, a Graves did, that the IPL absentees will really weaken the WI side. But Pollard is nowhere near a Test place. Gayle at least arguably has a question mark over him. Sammy has many detractors. Even Bravo is more of a limited overs pick. Will the IPL take a lot away from the WI side?

Some players are being talked up to suit the narrative. Including Simmons.

Narine? Question over his action. Started poorly in tests, but admittedly, he's done better lately. He might be missed.

It is true that this Test side is weak, but it's been weak for a while, since the IPL players have been shying away from this format for a while now.

At least the bowlers will be using the Dukes ball.

Jordan will make way, Rashid wont be left out, they need a spinner
