Billings is a bit of a surprise. I thought Willey would be at seven. England will miss a bowling option.

Yeah I had this team, but with Willey. I expect he'll be playing at some point.

I'm not sure I go with that. I'd go with the player more likely to succeed ahead of any other consideration.
