I'd have Hales before Morgan.

I've always been a Morgan fan in all forms of the game, but just think he hasn't taken his game to the next level in terms of consistency, which is a shame. Added to that he's had a few technique issues which he has tried to correct, and this has impeded his progress.

Got to be Taylor next. He's not having a good season, but he's been the stand out player at A level for many years, and KP apart, he's the best batter not in the side.

The squad is announced tomorrow. Mainly a question of who will back up the team from the last Test.

They said tomorrow on CWOTV several times. But I wouldn't be surprised if they're wrong and just said it so I'd look like a chump again.

CWOTV wasn't its usual standard. They used to have decent journos now they have Legside Lizzy.

She was the best on it.

When Colville asked the Sun journo why they weren't in Spain looking for stories, I half expected him to ay, that there's no need as the ECB will tell them what to write.

Yes it was with a population of about 40,000 back then of which they say only around 20,000 of us rode out the storm.

Cricket though seemed oddly a normal sport up there. Plenty of teams to play for although no grass pitches from memory, not that I played on anyway. I played for Pioneer Pints, ha,ha no wonder the blokes would have a beer between their legs whilst they were fielding. Never thought about that before.
