That could be his downfall in test cricket. Even I would have dived forward and caught that.

Yes He can Mark if they're presented like that.

After the first test you would have said Australia were quite capable of getting back into the series by raising their game a notch or two. Not sure the same can be said of this England side after the end of this test.

Could be a defeat by over 400 runs at this rate. And a 2 to 1 ratio on wickets.

How many times will Warne say "on this flat docile pitch"?

I have to be honest I didn't see that coming.

It does seem that winning the toss may be quite important in this series. Almost imperative that England win the next toss.

Well done Aussies.

I was thinking that this was a nineties night for the England team, but it was just as much a replay of the last tour in 2013-14.

Can't overreact to a defeat, but England (and their press) deluded themselves in the quality of their performances over the past two years. It's an embedded team, but of losing potential.

Feeling for the England team right now as they are probably wondering what the hell just happened.

The new coach will show us just how good he is, as they will have to bounce back just as Oz did, and they can.

Big congratulations to Australia's undoubted MOTM for this test. Mick Hunt.
Anything can happen with a round ball.

Coz we're going up, and we'll win the cup, for Sussex by the Sea!

Back to a results pitch for the next test then. Hang on, we've just had 2 results in under 4 days on flat batting tracks. Next game may not go three.
