Faulkner gets 2 quick wickets.

Starc yet to take a wicket

Could Faulkner make the test team again?

Sri Lanka 128-9. Maxwell alone should be able to knock that off. De silva hit a half century but not much else.

Poor from SL but maybe their bowlers can do something.

Aus are steaming it. A bit like Pakistan against us the other night.

So Australia now have the choice between Finch, Maxwell and Warner at the top of the order.

A nice position for them to be in.

3 wickets in 8 balls for SL. Surely not a chance.......

Dilshan gets a wicket!
:dance
Australia don't seem sure what their t20s batting line up should be.
:hmmm
Surely it has to be something like. ...

1 warner
2 maxwell
3 finch when fit
4 head

Khawaja is there to play the Samuels role.

And then you sort out the rest after that. This nonsense of promoting faulkner and wade just give opposition bowlers a way back into the match.

Dilshan gets a second!

A number of Sri Lanka players seem ill suited to shorter forms of the game. Thisara Perera, Chamara Kapugedera, Seekuge Prasanna and Sachithra Senanayake the most obvious.
