Should be a very intresting series between two faltering sides...Wahab will be hoping for some quick pitches to rough up the OZ batsmen

He doesn't have Watto this tour.

That was a great rivalry last time around.

There seems to be a bit of a push to try and get Cummins back into tests after 3 one day games :angry

Got a long way to go before he can prove that his body is able to handle the rigors of test cricket.

Australia seem intent on permanently ending Cummins' career. If he's going to play in Test matches then he needs to have a full season of Shield cricket as a minimum to get his body ready for it.

Yep, but i have this feeling CA are more determined about making decisions on marketing and not about whats good for the player, and in the long run, the team. If there is enough public support for Cummings to be picked for Australia i reckon you will see CA put him in the team.

Hopefully Australia keep winning though and that their is not to much of a call for him.

England also did something similar iirc. Swann had shoulder trouble and he bowled 50+ overs in one innings in India. Injured players have to be managed properly. Cummins needs to prove his fitness first. He is worse than Shane Bond in terms of fitness.

I dont think Cummins will ever properly play test cricket, to have enough of a siginifcant impact...think he will probably end up being a class limited overs bowler, but no more than that which is a shame as the guy is clearly a class act in all formats

I think there is real potential for the Pakistan bowlers to cause the Australian bats some problems.

They demolished the Australian select 11. Sure that team was made up of poor players, but even so, in Australian conditions they should be better.

If the Pakistan bowlers can get some movement then we know what happens to the Australian bats. Could be a really bad summer for the hosts.
