I have been so impressed with this young West Indies side. There's much to fear for England - not least from Gabriel and Joseph.

Add Blackwood into the mix and it will be a challenging prospect.

I'll be surprised if West Indies don't get hammered.

Need to be some rapid developments today or this match is headed for a rather tame conclusion to an interesting series. May be the pitch has something to do with it ; but neither team has looked particularly interested in taking any sort of risk in search of a result. Each rather watching the other for a mistake ...
Bad luck for the home team about the Chase injury - he's had a good match.

Yes, WI haven't quite flatlined in this series (lower order batting, control in the field), but it has been a flawed performance , especially top order batting. Away from home it's hard to see them getting much from England.

That didn't take long...Dowrich bowled by Amir for 20.
:?
Chase came back, was bowled by Abbas for 69. Seven down....
:salute
Bishoo out for a duck. Abbas on a hat-trick!
:o
Hat-trick avoided, but Abbas bowls Joseph for a duck. Nine down....

Abbas gets rid of Gabriel for a duck...finished with 5-46. West Indies 247 all out, Holder stranded once again on 30 not out.

Chase's elbow is okay...he's got Babar, while Gabriel removed Azhar.

Gabriel gets his second! Masood out, and it's three down....
:dance
Bishoo spoils the day for the two retirees. Younis out for 35 and Misbah for two.

how did pakistan become world number 1, struggling to beat west indies is quite embarrassing really.

Same WI have no chance to even take the game to the 5th game unless ECB help them like CA do.
it would need some flatties for the game to even end on the 5th day.

Although England are a big team so WI should be more motivated to play than normal.
you tend to find teams put performances against England and india for some reason.

So they might actually compete and not collapse and pretty much embarrass West indies cricket.
For Holding stake and probably Mike, hopefully WI put pride into people faces in the Caribbean this summer.

Sarfraz out to Joseph. Six down.
:joydance
Shafiq has had a miserable tour. Out to Joseph.

Pakistan 174-8 declared. Three wickets for Joseph.

Powell out for four. Make that 23 consecutive test innings without a half century. His test average remains rooted in Devon Smith territory.

Plenty of development on day four ! That was quite the collapse by the WI tail...and Pakistan kept the wickets falling throughout : I guess the declaration isn't too much of a risk given the scoring rates in this match.

Can't sit up to watch this tonight but won't be surprised to see them knock the home team over and send the two old boys off with a win. Which will be a bit of a pity for a West Indies team that has battled away with a deal of spirit in this series but I fear they just don't have the top order batting class to compete consistently at this level. Love to see them prove me wrong ...

Not one half-century this series for Kraigg...out to Yasir for six.
:facepalm
Hetmyer out for a quickfire 25...ah well, there's always the CPL.
8-)

Getting Bravo back would be a start.

Maybe move Holder up to six.

Shai out for 17. I guess he's back to normal now. After 19 Test innings, he has only one half-century.
:no
Vishal out to Yasir for two. I really can't see him going to England ahead of Blackwood.
:?
Dowrich out to Yasir for two...93-6.
