I think everyone is expecting India to make the knockouts, along with South Africa, England and Australia. From there, any team can win it.

tbh it isn't that hard to call the semis, most are not even giving any of the other teams a look in for the spot.

yesterday the crowd for the warm up game was crazy, india games will be mad in this tournament.

I'd never put it past England, even this much improved England, to flop out embarrassingly from a major tournament. It will just be all the more disappointing as they genuinely do have the capability to do well. But Bangladesh and New Zealand are both dangerous sides on their day.

Pakistan v India in Birmingham will have a mental crowd, should be good. India support in England is always good - only seen India in England live once, but the atmosphere was superb.

TBH it feels like more india fans are coming from abroad or india than just being the indian living in the uk though.
not sure in the past indian here would sell out London stadium etc, where as at the moment ECB/ICC are genuinely thinking about london stadium since the current stadiums in England isn't big enough for india demand for ICC events certainly not for the iconic games like against pakistan.

being at the game on Sunday and it felt like at least 70% of the fans were not from the UK, the family front of me certainly wasn't from England.
probably reached the stage where in icc events india fans are travelling in huge numbers to watch the games a bit similar to how England football team etc send huge numbers to the football world cup.
