Will definitely go to at least one of the India games. Not sure how to get tickets though.

Australia squad: Steve Smith (capt), David Warner (vice-capt), Pat Cummins, Aaron Finch, John Hastings, Josh Hazlewood, Travis Head, Moises Henriques, Chris Lynn, Glenn Maxwell, James Pattinson, Mitchell Starc, Marcus Stoinis, Matthew Wade, Adam Zampa.

Here is the best pace bowling line up in the game.

No Mitch2 or James Faulkner.

Over rates could be a problem for the Aussies with these juggernauts all in the side.

Henriques (maybe Stoinis) is the surprise selection.

a little surprised to see Zampa as the only specialist spin option and i still think that the likely XI has a bit of a long tail, but you can maybe have the luxury of strokeplayers like Maxwell at #5 when you have Smith as exceptionally consistent as he has been

the possible weakness is going to be do they have a strong enough lower middle order with a 5/6/7 of Maxwell/Stoinis/Wade if they find themselves at 50-3 in what could be bowler friendly conditions

I think they'll pick four pacemen and a part time spinner. Can't see Stoinis getting in for his bowling with those pace options. A leg spinner is pretty useful in an ODI though. Hastings, Starc, Cummins and Pattinson are bowling all rounders, so they can bat at 8 onwards.

yeah they have alot of depth but if you end up 50-3 you want people that do more than just quick 30s

i just think a 5/6/7 of maxwell/stoinis/wade looks a batsman light and thats what i think we will see in their likely team

They could pick a batter for Stonis in that scenario. They have other batters who can bowl an over or two.

Warner
Finch
Smith
Lynn
Head
Maxwell
Wade
Hastings/Pattinson
Cummins
Starc
Hazlewood

Stoinis
Zampa
Henriques

Lynn has only played one ODI. I might have gone for Bailey. Not many batting options. Didn't really want Finch in but there's no real alternative.

I would go with:

Warner
Head
Smith
Lynn
Maxwell
Stoinis
Wade
Cummins
Starc
Zampa
Hazlewood

Does look a bit light on batting.

Wonderful to see Pattinson back :clap

I can not see Starc, Cummings, Hazelwood and Pattinson playing in the same game, though it would be pretty epic to see that.

Surprised at Faulkner not getting in the squad. His batting has not been great, but his bowling has been fine. Calm player in pressure situations as well.

Stonis had a good series against NZ, and i guess he has been rewarded after those performances.
