Roy can't play again, he's okay when he's in touch, but off form, he is truly diabolical.

100 partnership up

a little behind the required rate but should be able to catch that up with wickets in hand

While I know the cliches, "Form is temporary, class is permanent" and "You're only one knock away from form", and equally while Roy has a very good record for England, it's hard not to come to the conclusion that he needs a break. We've got Bairstow who is in serious form in the squad so it's not as if it would be a switch and pray situation. We simply can't afford to have one opener who is in this poor form in the side.

Could he get a game for Surrey during the competition? I don't know if they have one.

Shame for Hales to miss out on what would have been a well deserved ton. Need Root to start upping the pace in the next few overs.

Bangladesh's bowling attack excels at home, because they are perfectly suited to it, but away from home they will struggle...their seamers don't have pace and the spinners struggle to control in 'alien' conditions...their attack typified today by Souma bowling first change...he shouldn't be bowling at all..let alone first change!

That's because they are playing 8 batsmen today.

Still could have been anyone better...

Also apart from the catch to remove Roy which was a blinder! Bangladesh's ground fielding has been pretty poor..
