incredible start by Mandhana, 36 off just 16 deliveries

so much for all our thoughts that the bowlers would dominate more in this

England's fielding has been awful. Going to need to turn it on with the bat to get out of this.

Nice to see a catch held at last - useful 2nd wicket . Might slow them a bit but India look on for 265-270

England need to produce a record run chase, if they are to win this

our bowling and fielding was way below par

with the format for this tournament a loss is not a disaster but its certainly not the start we wanted

just looking at the stats of the rest of the england lineup today and i was quite shocked that after the top 4 we dont have a single player with a batting average above 20

stuttering start to boot

lots of work to do

Did the media have us as red hot favourites again?

need to get going as the required rate is creeping up and they are going to have way too much to do soon

i've got a bit of a soft spot for Danni Wyatt but i have no idea really why she is in the team

shes nothing more than a part-time bowler and averages under 20 with the bat
