SA have to take a risk here and bring the field up to stop the singles, too easy to just drop and run atm

Never in doubt? :hide

Well done England. Now go on and win it. You're definitely capable of doing so, but need to master those nerves.

:clap Jenny Gunn. Can't believe she wasn't picked at the start, but she's really taken the opportunity, had a fantastic tournament.

Dane van Niekerk has been one of the top bowlers of the tournament, still tops the wicket charts, but didn't take a wicket against England in either game.

In another odd stat, while England have four batters in the tournament's top 10, including the leading run-getter, they don't have any bowlers in the top 10 wicket takers or best economy rates - you have to go down to 14 for top wicket takers. While Australia have three in the top 10. In some ways amazing that England have won seven on the bounce without a single bowler taking 9 or more wickets - I guess it shows the bowlers are really a unit, and they're winning on the strength of their batting.

I assume that everyone realises that India will win this comp because their players know that if they win they will become overnight multi-millionaires, while England will already subconsciously expect to have to settle for waiting another 30 or 40 years for global tournament success
