Good effort by Stokes in that spell. His bowling really is a useful extra for England, even though he gets few perks. Since the NZ series of 2015 when he started to make good, he averages 32. Fantastic for a fourth seamer who isn't going to get the ball in advantageous circumstances.

36 with the bat since then too.

no should get fulls days play.
but overs might get loss because of poor overrates, they still need 5 overs to be bowled today.
after anderson over 4.
if they don't be quick 1 overs might be gone.
england been slow and sloppy last 1 hr to 45 mins.
especially when bavuma and elgar been having a partnership.

true but with england trying to win a game and SA trying to draw the game.
You would think england would try and bowl the overs in time and not actually be slow in the last hour.
overrate was quite good as well for most of the day.
generally when teams are going for the win, they rushing overs in.

looks like england will be losing 2 overs poor stuff that considering it was mostly England slowing things down in the last hour.
in the last 5 mins you wouldn't think england are looking to win the game, considering Ali posing for selfies and broad + anderson take 10 mins to bowl 2 overs.

Pro's aren't going to rush unless it's an absolute must. I was even told not to rush when I played colt cricket, so don't think these guys will rush around for no reason. Best to take your time, and make the batter wait.

TBH they didn't need to rush since they were on target to bowl the overs in time, if anything they were on target to finish the overs before 7.
they only had 38 odd overs to bowl after tea, which is bang on the overs normally required in a session.
30 + 8 extra overs.
not really sure why England slowed it down during that partnership considering england are the ones wanting to draw the game, makes more senses for SA to lose overs and slow things down not England.

Brilliant six from Stokes between long on and midwicket. Earned him a gesture towards the pavilion from Morris when he was then bowled which should earn the SAn a fine.
