I kind of agree with that statement, unless of course SA finish on 353/9 at stumps tomorrow!

It won't help his cause, that's for sure.

Commentators suggesting its easier for batting right now, I don't think so at all.

They probably thinking the sun is out so batting should be easy.

although batting is probably easy anyway the moisture should be going from the pitch, which should mean less seam movement and the pitch hasn't really had much cricket to deteriorate.

Watched Heino bat for the first time. Very much a front foot player. Nice coaching book type extensions on the front foot. Didn't score much though.

Starting to see some inconsistent bounce, a few keeping low, and a few bouncing sharply.

Again!

Kuhn doesn't seem to have the mental application for Test cricket, and given that he's 33, you wonder when he will....

Surely, Aidan Markham has to open with Elgar in the final Test.
:?
Kuhn should stick to T20 cricket....

That was not a jinx. Instead, it was posted after he was dismissed.

Yes, the match situation required Heino to cut on some expansive drives, which he did not. Apparently there is a big gap between bat and pad when he plays on the front foot.

Quinton dismissed by Ben now. England bowlers are just not allowing Saffers to fight back.
