Wouldn't be surprised to see both Root and Stokes rested. Bairstow and Ali are the others who play both Tests and ODIs - Woakes too though you'd suspect England will want to give him game-time after his injury.
One player to look out for would be Livingstone, as England may want to pick him for the Ashes squad. Whilst there is more of a separation now of the Test and ODI teams, his 50-over century for the Lions earlier this summer puts him contention for the ODI side anyway. He, Hales and Ballance are possibly competing for 1 space, maybe 2.
They'll want to take a further look at Tom Curran - could he play in the ODIs as well as the T20s? Will be interesting to see how he, and Jake Ball for that matter, cope with a rampaging Gayle. Can they make room for Crane? I guess that would depend on the length of the tail. Is Wood fit?

Last one day star player to make a seamless transition to Tests was KP... And a fair few since who haven't !
