Who the bloody can when it's that close.

On the other hand it was Pollard, so absolutely no sympathy on offer!

samuels?

Yep, I always get them mixed up.

It was a poor and inaccurate post, apologies.

If it had been Pollard, I'd have had no sympathies either

he is

he doesn't seem to get fazed when the likes of Gayle are going full throttle, he just keeps on mixing things up.

I'm just watching the highlights on +1, but I missed the England innings, sadly

I think cricket highlights are on catch up now.

I see that 'can't bat, can't bowl' Willey only got 4 overs. Is it me, or does that seem to happen a lot? I'm not sure why he's in the team, tbh, he seems to bring very little to the party

Capt Morgan's abysmal run continues

I usually find these things impossible to sign on to, if I'm honest. CH4 has never worked for me whenever i've tried to get on and ITV just annoys the sh1t out of me, because they make you watch 10 minutes of adverts before even starting the things I want to watch. Last time I tried the ITV one, a couple of years ago, I set it off playing adverts and disappeared to make a cuppa, have a sh1t, cut the grass, and came back to find the actual programme had failed to load. Stupid me, I refreshed it expecting to go straight back to the programme (after all the 867 adverts they make you watch had already played), but of course it went back to the adverts, so I gave up and have never gone back.

I have a feeling that the Ch 4 one asked me loads of questions that was none of their business and which I wasn't prepared to answer, in the registering process.... nosey basterds.... although it was quite a while ago, and I might be making that up

Can't be @rsed, really. Going on commercial players with adverts just encourages them, like buying a macdonalds, or a coke.... or buying something off amazon

I'm better off pretending these things don't exist.... that way I get to keep my sanity and avoid heart attacks for a bit longer

and is probably one of the reasons why I get hardly any spam in my e mail, hardly any cold calls on my landline, and virtually no fraudulent texts on my mobile

I try to never give the basterds the opportunity to sell on my details

I've only watched the cricket highlights on C5 catch up once (it has only just started featuring them) and I'm pretty confident the weren't any ads. Share your view generally. iplayer is fine though- no ads of course, and user friendly.

Plunkett has turned into a real reliable go to man for us in the middle overs, gets wickets reguarly, goes at 5.5 an over, but not worried about that as he is taking wickets

5.5 is pretty standard these days. Only the best for under 5.

Roy will come in for Hales. Who will replace Stokes? Ball? Curran?
